Ella - Very nice quiz/website. I really like that you chose the modality of self-test to teach your learners. One of the most crucial aspects of teaching utilizing quizzing are the answer explanations. The explanations are key for learning why the correct answer is correct and why the incorrect ones are incorrect. You do a bit of this, but there is opportunity for more depth.
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to see some more in-depth exploration of one aspect of the topic -- maybe further exploration into medication selection/dosing or verbal de-escalation strategies? Your references are well cited at the end. I would have loved to see some links placed in with the body of the site for further exploration by the learner.

I loved the initial set up of the case but agree with Leah that you could have developed the content a bit more. Websites such as this are ideal for the self-directed learner. Use each of your answer choices to provide background information and review of current literature. This information will feel all the more relevant to the learner who is reviewing it in the context of a case. - Trudi
