Kendrick - Nicely done Blog post on a highly relevant topic. The concept of the "quiet chest" during trauma resus is something many EM physicians are not comfortable with. You did an excellent job covering guidelines, FOAM and primary literature to review this topic.
ReplyDeleteI hope that you continue your blog in the future -- but it might need to be renamed when you are a resident ;).

Nice review here of complex topic in an engaging format. Clear objectives at the beginning such as you did are great. Really liked the blending of quotes into your story, subheadings with rhetorical questions as well as deeper dive into literature. - Trudi
